Wow! What a great Saturday night- roaring crowds, high spirits, and exhilarating entertainment. Adam and I sat in the front VIP row at the Prince concert along with other celebrities like Jamie Foxx, Spike Lee, and Naomi Campbell. The center stage at Madison Square Garden was amazing because it was set in the middle, so everyone could see him from all directions. Prince performed flawlessly and offered a wildy entertaining evening of vintage hits. My favorite part of the concert was when he sang, “Purple Rain,” which I couldn’t help singing along to. With Christmas and fun festivities all around, it was a perfect holiday treat for the season.

'Tis the season for parties and merriment! I love how the holidays bring people together to enjoy food, fun, and laughter. Our company party was a blast. We rented out the space at Il Bastardo which provided delicious Italian cuisine. After dinner there was a dance off that really got the party going! It was fun to see everyone dance the night away...  Christmas parties never fail to get you into the holiday spirit!

VOLUNTEERS OF AMERICA 15TH ANNUAL GALA, AT THE PLAZA HOTEL, NYC
Last night I attended the Volunteers of America, 15th annual Gala honoring Joseph R. Gromek of Warnaco.   The event was co-chaired by Coach President, Kathy Nedorostek, Ron Frasch, president and chief merchandising officer at Saks, and Roxann Taylor.  It was warming to be amongst so many New Yorkers giving back for such a great cause.  It was such a fun evening, which began with me running into Paula Correri by the elevator, whom I have not seen in over a year.  I am so happy for Paula, she is the new Accessories Fashion Director at Lord and Taylor.  Congratulations, Paula! I am so excited for you!  It was a lovely evening, and a blessing to be able to give back to those in need during the holidays.
